If an issue query contains a square bracket (such as if it's sorted on a custom field), the resulting permalink URL is not properly url-escaped (the [ ] should be replaced with %5B %5D).

This has the unfortunate effect that if I try to paste that permalink into a confluence wiki page, the resulting link doesn't work because the ] in the url terminates the link.
