We found that our subtask can be set a In Progress when their Parrent Story are still Open.
To avoid this situation, it should be greate to add a new workflow condition to transition: Parent-Task Blocking Condition.

This new transition is the same thing that Sub-Task Blocking Condition but for the parent Issue.
