Total issue count is not matching for pie chart gadget configured with filter and statistic type as multivalue field.

Steps:
1. Login to JAC.
2. Add a pie chart gadget to the dashboard.
3. Select filter as "QA Team JIRA 4.0" and Statistic Type as component.

Result:
1. The gadget show the total number of issue count as 300 but if user click on the link, the filter has total 270 issues.
2. As the gadget is configured using a filter, hence the total number of issues should be same.
3. There was a fix done for irrelevant issues in JIRA 4.0 where project has different field configuration for different issue type, but that should n't effect this scenario as search is specifically looking for issuetype=bug.

Expected:
1. The total issue count should match for gadget and JQL query.
