Most JIRA gadgets cannot be configured when inserted into the JIRA dashboard when using IE7 as the browser, as they are not correctly sized.

e.g. Using IE7:
1) Dashboard -> Add Gadget.
2) "Activity Stream" -> Add It Now -> Finished.

The gadget is inserted into the dashboard, but it is too short to see any of the configuration options and is hence unusable.

Works in JIRA 4.0.1 but not in 4.0.2.
Works in places where the activity stream is preconfigured (such as Issue Activity Stream or User Activity Stream).
Works in IE6, IE8 and FireFox 3.5.5.
