Attach screenshot does not work on Firefox in Jira 4.0 (but does work in Safari/IE)

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Capture a screen shot
      • In an issue, under Operations click Attach Screenshot to this issue
      • Click Paste. It should not work in Firefox, but should work in other browsers.
