"java script:false" causes 404s

    Description

      When loading a page in JIRA several request with response code 404s are being reported in Firebug.
      The reason is this iframe element and the src attribute contains a space between java and script.

      This bug is introduced by AUI, once this bug is fixed we have to update jira dependency to the latest release:
