Documentation for Installing JIRA 4.0 on Oracle WebLogic 9.2 is not accurate

I deployed JIRA 4.0 to weblogic 9.2 and noticed that the steps in our documentation are not accurate. I think it is the documentation for 8.x.

The main things that are wrong are:

1. Classpath variable to add the database library is WEBLOGIC_CLASSPATH
2. database configuration: The exact steps have changed from 8.x to 9.2 and I think we should not go into too much detail about how exactly you create the datasource. The audience who is reading our guide should be familiar with Weblogic and we should only supply JIRA specific configuration that has to be done.
3. creating a jira server: Creating a server is actually a bit more complex and requires also to configure other areas (e.g. a server has to be associated with a 'machine'). But if we agree on only providing jira specific configuration required for weblogic, this step can stay.

I think it will require around two days to update these steps for 9.2.
