Improvement for Tomcat 6.0 documentation

      A customer mentioned that Sun's Tomcat distribution is missing this jar file: 'tomcat-dbcp.jar'.
      Support case: https://support.atlassian.com/browse/JSP-45580.
      This jar file has to be added manually to the

      {tomcat6/lib}

      directory.
      I have attached this jar to this issue.
