Broken link in JIRA 4.0 footer

The text at the footer of every JIRA installation includes a broken link:

"Bug tracking, issue tracking and project management software powered by Atlassian JIRA (v4.0#466)"

The text "project management" links to this broken URL:

http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/project-management-software.jsp

PS: I think I still have some legacy permissions in the Atlassian JIRA system (maybe way back from my work on 2.0?). As such, I'm seeing a whole bunch of options I wouldn't expect your customers normally would see (story points, regular expression, backlog order, support reference count, etc).
