Adding external gadget fails in JIRA with MSSQL database

Steps:
1. Setup JIRA with MSSQL.
2. Login as admin and goto Dashboard.
3. Click "Add Gadget" and try to add an external gadget. I tested with http://www.google.com/ig/modules/datetime.xml

Result:
1. It fails with message "Sorry unable to add gadget".
2. Log error SEVERE: Internal server error
com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT ID, GADGET_XML FROM jiraschema.externalgadget WHERE GADGET_XML=? (The data types ntext and nvarchar are incompatible in the equal to operator.)
3. The same gadget gets added if hssql.

Expected:
1. User should be able to add the external gadget without any problem.
