Application gives stack trace if user tries to create issue with JIRA running with expired evaluation key.

Steps:
1. Setup JIRA with evaluation license.
2. Change the system date to check the expiry of evaluation license.
3. The license info dialog show status that license is expired.
4. User try creating new issue.

Result:
1. In UI front, user get a message "Your evaluation of JIRA has expired, you will not be able to create any more issues. If you are enjoying using JIRA, please consider purchasing it - http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/expiredevaluation.jsp ".
2. Log files have stack trace.

Expected:
1. No stack trace should be there.
