Description

If JIRA is accessed over secure connection HTTPS and you exporting workflow - JIRA admin > Workflows > 'Save as' on XML next to workflow that you want to export, an error message from IE is displayed:

Internet Explorer cannot download ViewWorkflowXml.jspa from support.atlassian.com

The file could not be written to the cache

This issue seems to be quite similar to JRA-17367 - RSS feeds in Outlook

Issue experienced in Internet Explorer IE6 - IE8.

A possible workaround this bug is to use other web browser such as Firefox and etc
