Session Timeout dumps exception when viewing manage attachments

    Description

      If your session times out then you click on the "File Attachments" link for an issue that you need to be logged in to see, it dumps the following stack trace: 

      com.atlassian.jira.exception.IssuePermissionException: User 'null' does not have permission to see issue 'TST-8'
	at com.atlassian.jira.web.action.issue.AbstractIssueSelectAction.getIssue(AbstractIssueSelectAction.java:79)
	at com.atlassian.jira.web.action.issue.AbstractIssueSelectAction.getIssueObject(AbstractIssueSelectAction.java:366)
	at com.atlassian.jira.web.action.issue.AbstractCommentableIssue.doCommentValidation(AbstractCommentableIssue.java:74)
	at com.atlassian.jira.web.action.issue.AbstractCommentableIssue.doValidation(AbstractCommentableIssue.java:67)
	at webwork.action.ActionSupport.validate(ActionSupport.java:373)
	at webwork.action.ActionSupport.execute(ActionSupport.java:150)
	at com.atlassian.jira.action.JiraActionSupport.execute(JiraActionSupport.java:54)

      I know we have JRA-5761 and JRA-9171 but I'm creating this issue for the specific action that leads to this error.
