Issue linking within subtasks breaks when cloning

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an issue (ISSUE-1) and two subtasks (ISSUE-2 and ISSUE-3)
2. Create a link between ISSUE-2 with ISSUE-3
3. Clone ISSUE-1 and select both 'Clone Sub Tasks' and 'Clone Links', which results in ISSUE-4, and two subtasks, ISSUE-5, and 6

The following links are created:

1. ISSUE-5 links with ISSUE-6. This was expected
2. ISSUE-5 also links with ISSUE-3. This was unexpected
3. ISSUE-2 links to ISSUE-6. This was also unexpected
