SOAP search methods are unbounded - this can lead to xml-rpc generating huge xml responses causing memory problems

JAC went into gc arrest yesterday. The heap dump showed a huge j.u.ByteArrayOutputStream associated with Axis. The heap dump and the contents of the BAOS are available on request (too large to attach)
