Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch JIRA 4.0(using bamboo build 139 Trunk)
2. Login as project admin and click on "Edit project"
3. Try to upload a new project avatar by uploading JPEG/GIF/PNG files

Result:
1.The image file get uploaded when user tries to crop it, nothing happens
2. I am getting null pointer exception whe trying select the uncropped avatars sometime.

Expected:
1. User should be able to crop the image.
