Standalone service installer does not set the 'org.apache.jasper.runtime.BodyContentImpl.LIMIT_BUFFER' by default.

The service installer does not seem to set the org.apache.jasper.runtime.BodyContentImpl.LIMIT_BUFFER property before running tomcat when Jira is installed as a service. I installed Jira and then got this message in the log when I first run it:
