When uploading a file that has double quotes around its filename and one of the double quotes has been deleted, the filename is treated as if it was not entered at all - other files, if specified, get uploaded without an error, if single file only, you get a message asking for at least one file to upload.
On IE, the Attach button does not do anything.
- Opera (9.26, Win) puts double quotes around the filename by default.
- Firefox (2, Win) does not put double quotes around the filename by default, but user can enter it manually.
- Internet Explorer (7, Win) does not put double quotes around the filename by default, but user can enter it manually.
Usually, when the file uploaded does not exist, the user receives an error message.
