[~username] points always to own profile

    Description

      the first link, used in the left panel, eg for assignee or reporter works just fine:
      http://jira.xxx.net/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?name=testuser

      this one, generated from username doesn´t work:
      http://jira.xxx.net/jira/secure/ViewProfile.jspa?username=testuser

      can this be fixed or how can i fix this on my own?
