      One of the killer features of Launchpad's bug tracker (https://bugs.launchpad.net) is the ability to link an issue to an external issue tracking system, complete with status information from the remote system (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openoffice.org/+bug/131526 for an example). It would be nice if JIRA had something similar.
