HTML emails received contain three graphic images which load from the JIRA instance. However, if you don't have a live connection, the email appears to be blank for a few seconds until the email browser times out attempting to load the images.

To improve performance, suggest removing the graphics or embedding them into the message so they can be viewed even if not connected.
