Edited comments appear to come from the original case author and not from the person performing the edit

When a comment within a case originally created by UserA is edited later by UserB, the notification email is sent with UserA's name in the From field instead of UserB, which would be expected. However, the body of the email does indicate that UserB modified the comment, but the From field should also indicate said user as well.
