Documentation of Jelly Login tag is misleading/incomplete

The documentation of the Login Jelly tag needs work.

It says that the username attribute is not required if you are not logged in. Surely it should say that the Login tag is not required if you are logged in?

It also says that the password is not required. Surely it is required. (The Jelly script in JRA-12993 resulted from reading the current doco.)

Or am I missing something?

Also the following typos:

• "This tag sets Logs" -> "This tag logs"
• "Log" -> "Log in" in the description of both the username and password attributes.

I'll update the documentation (so I have assigned this issue to myself). Anton I'll come and talk to you first to make sure I understand the situation. I'll do this early next week when I do the other Jelly doc update (JRA-12985).
