Incorrectly reporting Installation type as EAR/WAR instead of Standalone when running as a Windows service

    Description

      JIRA displays the installation type (JIRA Standalone or EAR/WAR) in the System Info page.

      When running the Standalone version on Windows, and installed as a service, JIRA displays "EAR / WAR". It should display "JIRA Standalone".

      It does not do this when running the same instance, but from the command line instead of as a service. That is, when run from the command line, it displays "JIRA Standalone" correctly.
