Applications Portlet Does Not use Resource Bundle for Display "Lead" text

    Description

      We have customized our language settings and text in JIRA, so that Project Lead is displayed as Application Manager.

      However, Dashboard has "Applications" Portlet which does not seem to be using strings from the jarfile. I will attach screenshot as well.
