Select List and Multi-select List appear in the Group Custom Field Value (Permission/Notification scheme)

      When trying to grant the permission/notification for the Group/Multi Group picker, the select list and multi-select list customfields appear in the option of Group Custom Field Value. Is this the intended behavior?
