When a comment is edited, the HTML email lists 'Author' and 'Edited by' details, eg:

Author: Bob
Created on: 29/May/07 02:15 PM
Edited by: Test User
Edited on: 29/May/07 02:31 PM

The 'Edited by' is incorrect. It will be set to the original commenter, not the person who edited the comment.

Additionally, 'Author' is redundant and should be removed (once 'Edited by' shows the right person).
