Edit Comment text email notification does not list 'Edited on' and 'Edited by' details

Details

    Description

      When a comment is edited in JIRA, an email notification goes out. For the HTML mail, this email includes useful details like:

      Author: Fred
      Created on: 25/May/07 13:11
      Edited by: Joe
      Edited on: 25/May/07 14:15"

      The equivalent text template (issuecommentedited.vm) doesn't contain these details.
