Bad i18n messages

• admin.generalconfiguration.email.from.header.description "From:"
  should not be translated because it's a literal mail header.
• admin.generalconfiguration.masked Email visibility setting: Masked
  "user at example dot com" should not be translated, as it comes out
  literally from the masking code.
• admin.generalconfiguration.enable.email.header "Precedence: bulk"
  should not be translated because it is a literal mail header.

Also the following formats should not be translated, but the example
should be localised.

admin.globalsettings.lookandfeel.eg.day.format=E.g. EEEE hh:mm a
