UserPicker / GroupPicker pop-up windows break on IE7 due to a space in the window title

    Description

      When I click "User Pick" icon in screen of "Assign Users to Project Role: ", the user pick window will not pop up, instead with an error on IE7 status: "Error on Page".

      the error is:
      Line: 462
      Char: 9
      Error: Invalid argument
      Code: 0
      URL: http://ap11we01:8080/issue/secure/project/UserRoleActorAction.jspa?projectRoleId=10002&projectId=10000

      What's the problem?

      In other screen with UserPicker like "Manager Group", the function no problem.
