error message in create issue screens without summary field

    Description

      I've designed some new issue types, screens, screen schemes, workflows... for special purposes. It works

      So I got a special kind of create issue screen now. The screen validation fails because the "summary field" isn't fullfilled. Unfortunally, this screen is configured to contain no summary field.
