When processing multiple "bugs" at the same time, the "Change Comment: " button is no longer being "checked" automatically.

On a previous version of JIRA, the "Change Comment: " button would automatically be checked when text has been entered in the "Comment: " box as the cursor is clicked outside the comment box. This capability is no longer functional. The check box indicating that there is a comment must always be manually set.
Workflow:
Generate a list of "bugs" to be reviewed.
Click on "Bulk Change: " value.
Select one or more "bugs" to be reviewed on page 1 of 4 of the "Bulk Change form.
Click "Next" on page 1 of 4.
Check "Transition Issues" button and then click "Next" on page 2 of 4 of the "Bulk Change form.
Check "Start QA" button and then click "Next" on page 3 of 4 of the "Bulk Change form.
Enter text in the "Comment: " box on page 4 of 4. Click the cursor outside the "Comment:" box. Note that the "Change Comment: " button does not get checked automatically.
