Allow filters to be shared singly (with a single person)

It would be nice to be able to share filters with a single person (and multiple single people), in addition to, by group.

This would be nice in helping to keep the number of groups to a manageable level and I think that this further enhance the abilities of developers (and others) in be able to coordinate views of work.

I agree. This is neither resolved nor a duplicate of the two issues stated as duplicate...

Hopefully someone will reopen this and it will be implemented...

grrrr...does anybody who works on these tickets actually look at what's being asked?

Guys, this issue is NOT resolved! In 2018 there is no opportunity to share the filter with a single user/account.

I don't see how JRA-10158 duplicates or is duplicated by JRA-5164 or JRA-5844. These other two issues have to do with filtering, however JRA-10158 has to do with SHARING a filter.

            Or am I mistaken?

            Thank you.
