      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Sometimes the planner lays things out not quite right, or for some reason we really want to have a particular item start on a certain date (and then have the scheduler plan around it).

      The Start Date right now is locked to be calculated field. Would like to have it fixable.
