Define custom colors for epics and initiatives

Currently, if there are too many epics in the backlog sometime it is difficult for them to identify these items, it would be best if we had an option to to define the colors for each epic separately, based on the team allocated or derived from the respective initiative.

As an administrator, I think it would be valuable to be able to color code initiatives and epics, as it would make it easier to locate specific epics when there are quite a few in a plan. A few examples of how we could customise the color are:

To be able to set or select a colour to represent Initiatives and Epics.
When an Initiative colour is set, apply that colour by default to the Epics in the Initiative.
Sync the colours between Portfolio and JIRA.
