Improve ability to find and navigate to plans from "View Plans" screen

Currently, the "View Plans" screen located at /secure/PortfolioPortfolioManage.jspa displays a list of plans grouped by by program. 

This page will not scale well for large customers with 10s, 100s, or 1000s of plans and impacts the ability for a user to find the plan they're looking for. 

Please provide a better way for users to navigate, search, and find plans they're looking for when they go the the "View Plans" page. Adding more columns as metadata for each plan, a search bar that searches the this metadata, and filter/search options for the metadata would meet the minimum need.
