Creating and deleting plans documentation improvement

Our Documentation at "[Creating and deleting plans|https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/creating-and-deleting-plans-802170502.html" should explicitly explain that the list of issues presented for selection are only the unresolved ones.
Users get confused about why some of the already done stories are not listed when they do compare all the stories belonging to an Epic using Jira with all the stories listed at the Plan view.

Confirming the scope
You can refine the list of issues to be included in your plan. To remove any issues you don't want to include in your plan, clear the checkboxes for these issues, and click Next.
