Include a not (!=) operator for 'parent link' while searching issues

Currently, we have only the below operators available while searching for parent link:

A JQL query where the parent link is not that 1 specific link does not return any result.

for example:
Parent Link" != <PARENT ID> does not return any result.

So, the ask is to have the negative operator added in the JQL search for parent link
