Description
Issue Summary
When using the new Export a plan to CSV feature released in 3.23 and detailed in the "Sharing and exporting plan data" documentation, all the plan data except for dependencies are exported leaving off a critical portion of the information.
Environment
- Portfolio versions 3.23 and later
- Affects New planning interface, and does not apply to live plans
Steps to Reproduce
- Add the Dependencies column to a plan
- Add a custom field as a column to the plan as well for a referance
- Export the plan by selecting Export > Spreadsheet (.csv)
- Open the CSV to review the data
Expected Results
Dependencies inward and outward links are detailed in the CSV export, as covered in "Sharing roadmaps":
This will immediately generate and download a CSV file of the plan’s data, based on the current filters and hierarchy range applied to the plan.
Noting: The Default Filter is set to Dependencies = all issues so the filter is being ignored
Actual Results
the dependency data is not included in the export
NOTE:
Take note that the custom field added to the columns is exported but the Dependency data is not
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
