Description

Currently, when using a webhook, the Jira Portfolio Team field returns the Team Name instead of its ID. Under certain scenarios, this is not desirable.

Suggestion

Allow the Team ID and Team Name to be sent separately.

This was reproduced on Portfolio 3.x onwards. Previous versions did not present this behavior.
