I would like a way to add recurring absences and/or exceptions per person. For example if I have team member A who works Monday-Thursday from 9-5, I would like a way to set up an absence or exception for them that they can enter once, and have it reoccur every week or two weeks or every month and so on.

Rather than lowering their capacity from 40 hours a week to 32, because for some reason when doing that, the tool assumes that the individual is still working Monday-Friday just at 6.4 hours a day rather than Monday-Thursday at 8 hours a day.
