CTRL-F browser search is not returning the correct results on the new UI

      On huge plans, the CTRL-F browser search is not returning the correct results on the new UI

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a huge plan scope
      2. Do a search string on the Issues ID, using the CTRL-F browser search

      Expected Results

      The browser should highlight all the issues within the plan that matches the search string.

      Actual Results

      The browser is only able to highlight the issues that are within the user's view in the browser. Scrolling down on the plan, will load another set of issues on the user's view and CTRL-F can only highlight those as well.
