Sync Epic in JPO with the rank in Jira Software boards

      Currently, there's no synchronisation for Epic between Jira Portfolio plan and Jira Software board.

      As an admin, I would like to have this feature to ensure consistency and reduce the time for performing the ranking twice - in Jira Portfolio and Jira Software.
