Problem Description

 Cross Project Release in Jira doesn't get updated when it was renamed in Portfolio

Steps to Reproduce 

1. Have 2 projects and 1 plan
2. In the Issue Sources, include those 2 projects
3. Create a Cross Project Release (This will create new release in each project version with the same name)
4. Rename Cross project release in Portfolio/Jira Version page

Current Result

The version name in Jira version page is not updated.

- https://<instance URL>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<project key>/administer-versions?&status=no-filter

The same thing when users perform the update from Jira version page, it doesn't update Cross Project Release in Portfolio.

Expected Result

The version name is updated in both Portfolio or Jira version page.
