Add "Priority" field to the Scope view in Portfolio

      h3. Problem

      We are not able to add the priority field on the scope since it's not an option in Portfolio.

      h3. Suggestion

      Add the field priority between the options in Portfolio

      h3. Workaround

      There isn't any.
