Able to filter scope view by team member(s)

      Problem Definition

      Currently, on the scope view, users are able to filter by teams. Sometimes users would like to be able to track the progress by team members.

      Suggested Solution

      Have the ability to filter scope view by team member(s).

      Workaround

      Make a team consisting of only that user and filtering the scope view by that team.
