At the moment, the Actual values on the reports page are always based on the time logged on the linked JIRA tickets, regardless of the Portfolio plan's estimation unit. This is fine for plans using hours or days. However, for plans using story points it would be preferable to compute the actuals based on the progress. That is, the story points of all items matching the active filter could be summed up and multiplied by the progress of these tickets. This value could then be distributed with respect to the Themes configured for this plan.
