Display Completed Epics on the Reports Release Page

      When I click the Completed Issues button in top right of window. I should see the completed issues within the Release Boxes on the Reports-Releases page. We would like use these Release boxes as high level snapshots of features but since they disappear once complete its not easy to see it was included in a given release.
