Issue Description
Jira Service Management comes with various variables which can be included in Customer Notifications.
Unfortunately, the variable approval.buttons is not available in Automation For Jira, and therefore cannot be included in the Send Email action.
Suggestion
Implement the approval.buttons smart value to add service desk approval buttons to emails sent via automation rule.
