Allow to change default values in automation before ticket creation

      Hi!

      We have a set of required fields in our project. 

      We would like to fill them with default values dynamically using automation rules.

      Currently non of triggers are suitable for ticket creation , therefore you first need to provide all required fields and only then you can save

      So having trigger like "Before ticket creation" or adjustment of "Field value changed" to support also new tickets will solve the problem.

      Could you please check how difficult will it be to implement?
